Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Nexora Digital Limited, with its registered address at FD – First Floor, Incubator Building, Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Contact: info@fanyclothes.com.

This policy is governed by Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) of the United Arab Emirates.

2. Data we collect

  • Order data: full name, delivery address, telephone number, email address.
  • Payment data: processed directly by the payment gateway; we do not store your full card details.
  • Browsing data: IP address, device type and technical and analytics cookies (see the cookies section).
  • Communications: the messages you send us by email or through our forms.

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • Processing and delivering your order (performance of the contract).
  • Customer service and handling of incidents (performance of the contract and legitimate interest).
  • Sending our own marketing communications, only where you have given your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
  • Compliance with legal obligations (accounting, tax and consumer protection).

4. Recipients of the data

Your credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties. Debit/credit card details are not passed to third parties: they are processed exclusively by the PCI-DSS certified payment gateway, and Fany Clothes neither has access to them nor retains them.

We only disclose the data strictly necessary to the service providers acting on our behalf and under contract: payment gateways, transport and logistics companies, web hosting providers and analytics tools. Some of these providers may be located outside the UAE; in that case, transfers are carried out in accordance with Articles 22 and 23 of the PDPL, with appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention period

We keep your data for as long as the contractual relationship exists and, thereafter, for the periods required by the applicable tax and commercial legislation. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw your consent.

6. Your rights

Under the PDPL, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data by writing to info@fanyclothes.com and providing suitable proof of your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office, the competent data protection authority in the United Arab Emirates.

7. Cookies

The Site uses technical cookies (essential for its operation) as well as analytics and marketing cookies, which are only activated with your consent via the cookie banner. You can configure or withdraw your consent at any time from your browser or from the cookie settings panel.

8. Security

Fany Clothes takes appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security, including through various hardware and software methodologies (TLS encryption, access controls, certified providers), to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. However, Fany Clothes cannot guarantee the security of any information that is disclosed online.

9. Links to third-party websites

Fany Clothes is not responsible for the privacy policies of websites to which it links. If you provide any information to such third parties, different rules regarding the collection and use of your personal information may apply. You should contact these entities directly if you have any questions about their use of the information that they collect.

10. Changes to this policy

The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted. The current version will always be published on this page together with its date of update.
